Highcroft has been informed that the aggregate disclosable interests of Jonathan Kingerlee and David Kingerlee, both directors of the Company have changed, as detailed below.
A newly created trust benefiting Benjamin Kingerlee, youngest son of Jonathan Kingerlee, has acquired 19,445 ordinary shares in the Company. Jonathan Kingerlee and David Kingerlee are both trustees of the Benjamin Kingerlee Trust Fund.
